South Carolina 16th and 24th (Consolidated) Infantry

Historical Notes:
The South Carolina 16th and 24th infantry regiments were consolidated in the spring of 1865. Together these two units fought the Carolina's campaign under Col. B. B. Smith. This roster thus represents one of the last rosters compiled for these two units and essentially represents those who surrendered in North Carolina. Officers:
